Sean Bral (Firm Founder) was admitted to the California Bar (1997), United States District Court, Central District of California and United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Education: University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), Bachelors Degree 1994, Magna Cum Laude, Golden Key International Honors Society. Loyola Law School Los Angeles, California, 1997. President/Founder: Loyola Law School student association (MELSA). Member: Beverly Hills Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, American Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, State Bar of California litigation section. Mr. Bral has personally handled and litigated hundreds of cases in California courts (state and federal), inclusive of pre-trial settlements as well as jury trials and court trials. Prior to founding the law firm in the prestigious Century City area of Los Angeles in 1997 Mr. Bral had gained experience through internships with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office (Beverly Hills District Courthouse), and later with the Major Frauds department of the District Attorney’s Office (Downtown Los Angeles), as well as an internship with Judge Eldon Fox of the Los Angeles, Superior Court, West District. During law school, Mr. Bral was hired by a major law firm representing insurance companies where he gained key insights into the insurance defense industry and realized the importance of leveling the playing field and obtaining justice for the injured. His personal interest, knowledge and involvement in the real estate, corporate, and business world allow him to be active, yet selective, in representing a qualified number of cases in these areas.
